By accessing or using BusinessBazaarGlobal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, investors, and visitors. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

BusinessBazaarGlobal is an online marketplace connecting business buyers, sellers, and investors in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include:

• Business listing and marketplace services • Business valuation consultations • Due diligence coordination • Investor matching services • Transaction support and facilitation

We act as intermediaries and do not directly buy, sell, or invest in businesses. All transactions are between the respective parties.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use • Ensuring your account information remains current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All business listings must comply with the following guidelines:

• Listings must represent real, legitimate businesses • Financial information must be accurate and verifiable • Sellers must have authority to sell the business • All material facts must be disclosed honestly • Images and descriptions must accurately represent the business

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these guidelines or receive complaints. Premium listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.

BusinessBazaarGlobal facilitates connections between parties but is not a party to any transaction. Important terms:

• All negotiations and agreements are between buyers and sellers • We recommend using escrow services for all transactions • We encourage engaging professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) • Commission fees are due upon successful transaction completion • We provide no guarantee of transaction completion

Disputes between parties should be resolved directly or through legal channels. We may provide mediation services at our discretion.

All content on BusinessBazaarGlobal, including logos, design, text, and software, is our intellectual property or used with permission.

Users grant us a license to display their listing content on the platform. Users retain ownership of their business information and data.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Trademark and copyright violations will result in immediate account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• We provide the platform "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months • We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content • We are not responsible for actions of third parties on the platform

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be:

1. First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations 2. If unresolved within 30 days, submitted to mediation 3. If mediation fails, resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE 4. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts

Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law. The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically:

• UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Transactions Law) • UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Data Protection) • Dubai Economic Department regulations • UAE business brokerage regulations

International users acknowledge that UAE law applies regardless of their location.
